Born in rural Pennsylvania, Megan fell in love with music before anything else. First it was Beethoven, Mozart and Bach, thanks to her mother’s love of classical music.  Then it was Dizzy, Miles and Abbey Lincoln. After a degree in classical music (Ithaca College) and three world premiere operas, it was ultimately songwriting that captured Megan’s heart and imagination.
